    این سلفون کاملا نفوذ ناپذیر است و برای مواقعی که محصول باید از نفوذ اکسیژن در امان باشد، بهترین انتخاب است. این مزیت بیشتر در بسته بندی مواد غذایی که در ترکیب با اکسیژن فاسد می شوند، مورد توجه قرار می گیرد.

    روش های بسته بندی با استرچ پالت بند

    طبیعتا برای بسته بندی کالاهای حجیم باید از رول با فیلم استرچ با عرض بیشتر استفاده کرد.

    هر چند بسته بندی دستی در این مواقع به سختی امکان پذیر است اما علاوه بر آن زمان در این مواقع زمان اهمیت بیشتری در زنجیره تولید دارد.

    به همین دلیل  انتظار می رود برای بسته بندی کالاهای بزرگ با استرچ پالت بند روشی به جز روش دستی به کار گرفته شود.

    بنابراین بسته بندی سلفون استرچ به دو روش دستی و ماشینی انجام می شود. در روش دستی اپراتور به کمک یک پالت بند دستی، بسته بندی را انجام می دهد، به این صورت که رول استرچ را داخل پالت پیج قرار داده و فرآیند بسته بندی را آغاز می کند.

    در حالی که در روش ماشینی از دستگاه های بسته بندی استفاده می شود. دستگاه استرچ پالت انواع مختلفی دارد و در مدل های مختلفی عرضه می شود.
